Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel
   
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee

While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee:

• That all issues can be resolved in a single visit
   
• That underlying system conditions will not cause future problems
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
   
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided
   

Plumbing and HVAC work may involve risks, especially in older systems.
We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
   
• Hidden issues within walls, pipes, or structures
   
• Failures caused by prior work or aging systems
